Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery estimates
- United States: 5–12 business days after dispatch
- Canada, Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or peak periods.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $95.
Order tracking
A tracking number is emailed once your order is dispatched (usually within 2–4 business days). Tracking may take 24–72 hours to show its first update.
Customs & import duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Lost, delayed, or undelivered orders

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
